Modern Slavery Act Transparency Statement

Pursuant to the U.K. Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”), we publish the statement attached herewith, in which we declare that neither slavery nor human trafficking is involved in our own businesses and supply-chains.

Under the Act, certain commercial organizations* doing business in the U.K. shall annually make and publish a statement that elaborates procedures for preventing slavery and human trafficking in their own businesses and supply-chains. Since we meet following criteria, the Act is applicable to us. We therefore publish the statement on our corporate website

*Criteria
Commercial organization that
(i) supplies goods and services in the U.K. (including organizations located outside of the U.K.), and
(ii) has a total turnover of not less than GBP36M per annum (upon consolidated and worldwide basis).
