■Directors
* As previous announcement, appointment of Takashi Kiryu as the President and Representative Director of SQUARE ENIX HOLDINGS CO., LTD., is to be officially finalized pending approval at the 43rd Annual Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for June 2023 and the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held thereafter.
* Yosuke Matsuda has been resigned with the expiration of the term.
