FORTUNE STREET / BOOM STREET is a board game that is played using dice. 4 players participate in one game. The other 3 players are unique and distinctive rival characters that have been prepared for you. The main objective is to reach the objective amount of money before your rivals and cross the goal line.

When your turn arrives, roll the die and let Lady Luck determine your fate! You can advance as many spaces as the die indicates.
If you land on shops that are not yet owned, you can buy them. When other players land on shops that you have bought, you can receive "shopping money" from them. The more shopping money you take in, the more advantage you have over your rivals.
Pass over the four suits (spade, heart, diamond, clover) that you see on the map. When you have collected all four and return to the bank where you started from, you can receive a "salary." Players should use their salary not only to buy more shops, but also to invest their current shops and buy stocks.
When you stop at your own shops, you can "invest" in them to increase their shopping costs!
Maps are divided into several "areas" which are coded by color. When you own multiple shops in a given area, the shopping costs for all your shops in that area will go up. Furthermore, the maximum limit for investment will be raised, allowing you to increase the size of your shops even more! The ultimate goal is "area domination," to own all the shops in one area.
When you pass the bank or land on a trading square, you can buy "stock" of a given area on the map. The price of a given stock goes up when a lot of stock is bought at one time, or when shops in the area are invested in. So for example, if you buy stocks in an area where you own many shops, then proceed to invest in your shops in that area, you may be shocked by how much your assets will increase!
