The music behind Aya Burea's conceptual rebirth is here in the soundtrack to The 3rd Birthday. This three-disc set includes both higher-quality versions of the in-game tracks in addition to full versions of pieces that were shortened for the PSP title. Composition duties were handled by Parasite Eve series stalwart Yoko Shimomura, as well as Mitsuto Suzuki and Tsuyoshi Sekito.
