●Eligibility
Anyone who agrees to these Submission Guidelines and owns an active Discord account. (Per Discord's requirements, you must be at least thirteen years of age. If a minor, you must have the consent of your legal guardian.)

●Theme
Fan art featuring the SQUARE ENIX MUSIC 24/7 Chill BGM Stream mascot character Krystelle, based on the traits decided by our Discord community and brought to life by Kunitaro!

●Scope of Use for Submitted Works
Artwork submitted may be shared at a later date on Krystelle's official Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/krystelle_sem/), and official YouTube Community (https://www.youtube.com/@squareenixmusicchannel9893) accounts.
If you wish to use a nickname when we feature your submitted artwork on our SQUARE ENIX MUSIC Instagram/YouTube account, please include that nickname in your submission. If no nickname is specified, your work will be featured anonymously. Square Enix Co., Ltd. reserves the right to make alterations to the size, crop, and other modifications. Only those who agree to these terms should submit their work.

2. How to Submit
Post your fan art in #krystelle-fanart channel.

●Regarding Fan Art

• Submissions may be but are not limited to illustrations, text, cosplay photos, etc. In general, we do not restrict the genre.
• You must have proper permissions and rights to the submissions you make. If the submitted fan art is a photo or video, the applicant must either be the photographer or have obtained written permission from the photographer.
• The applicant must be the only person in any photos or videos. There should be no third parties in the submissions.

The following submissions will not be accepted:

• Content that deviates from the theme
• Content that infringes or may infringe onany SQUARE ENIX or third party rights (copyright, reputation, privacy, etc.)
• Content that contains violent imagery, excessive exposure, sexual content, or anything that could be deemed offensive
• Content that violates public morals or order
• Content that includes personally identifiable information
• Content created by generative artificial intelligence tools (AI) ie. Midjourney AI.
• Content that can be viewed as defamatory, discriminatory, or threatening

Important Notes:

• To submit, you will need a Discord account.
• Submissions must meet the criterias outlined in the Submission Guidelines.
• If Square Enix requests you to remove a post, please promptly compy.
• Applicant is repsonsible for any costs incurred related to the Submission.

応募資格：本応募要項にご同意いただける方（未成年の場合、保護者の同意を得た方）で、Discordのサービスアカウントをお持ちの方

●テーマ
SQUARE ENIX MUSIC Channel・24時間Chill BGMのマスコットキャラクター「クリステル」のファンアート

●応募作品の利用範囲：
ご応募いただいたファンアートは、クリステルの公式Instagramアカウント（https://www.instagram.com/krystelle_sem/）、YouTubeコミュニティ（https://www.youtube.com/@squareenixmusicchannel9893）で後日紹介させていただきます。
SQUARE ENIX MUSICの公式Instagram・YouTubeアカウントで紹介させていただく際にニックネームの使用を希望される場合は、そのニックネームを投稿内にご記入ください。ニックネームの指定がない場合は、無記名での紹介となります。
なお、ファンアートの紹介にあたり、ファンアートの拡大・縮小、部分表示、切り抜き、その他改変、ニックネームの表示の有無については、株式会社スクウェア・エニックス（当社）に一任いただきます。同意いただける方のみご応募ください。

●応募作品について

• ファンアートの種類は、イラスト、テキスト、コスプレ写真など、原則ジャンルを問いません。
• ファンアートが写真、または撮影された動画の場合、撮影者が応募者ご本人であるか、または撮影者からの許可を得て、適切に権利処理がなされているものに限ります。
• ファンアートが人物（肖像）の写っている写真または動画の場合、被写体が応募者ご本人のみであり、第三者が写っていないものに限ります。

以下に該当する作品は応募いただけません。

• テーマから逸脱したもの
• 当社または第三者の権利（著作権、名誉、プライバシー等）を侵害するもの又はその恐れのある内容が含まれているもの
• グロテスクな表現（過度な欠損、怪我、血液等）、過度な露出表現、性的な表現等があるもの、その他第三者に不快感を与えるもの
• 公序良俗に反するもの
• 個人情報が読み取れる内容が含まれているもの
• AIによって作成されたもの
• 誹謗中傷、差別、脅迫等の表現を用いた内容が含まれているもの

注意事項

• 応募には、Discordのサービスアカウントが必要です。
• 本応募要項を満たさない作品については、紹介対象になりません。
• 当社から投稿削除の要請があった場合には、速やかに対応してください。
• 作品の応募に際して生じる一切の諸費用は、応募者ご自身の負担となります。
