This album features BGMs from the pixel remastered FINAL FANTASY III. The booklet includes comments from composer Nobuo Uematsu.
The CD also includes a bonus sticker featuring new commemorative pixel art by Kazuko Shibuya.
*The tracks featured on the FINAL FANTASY III PIXEL REMASTER Original Soundtrack CD are remastered versions of the tracks featured on the FINAL FANTASY III PIXEL REMASTER II Original Soundtrack (SQEX-50138) digital album released in March 2022.
